  Hi Everyone and welcome to the latest edition of our monthly Newsletter where this month of October we’re exploring the combination of the Colours Black and Gold. This is quite appropriate since Black seems to keep showing itself every year around Halloween…hmmm.
For the past few months I’ve been receiving information of bringing through combinations of Colours into our Newsletters now since we’ve completed the cycle of singular Colour themes in the past 18 months. Collectively we are being called by our guides to accelerate our spiritual processes. Through the understanding of the Colours we choose and integrating what they mean to each of us individually as they are the messages of our souls, we can live a more beautiful, calm, healthy and balanced life amidst this incredibly intense shift…that no one can avoid.
Master Hilarion
We just honoured 10-10-10. This is an important gateway/portal through which we have the abilities to ascend into the 5th dimension from where we exist now…mostly in the 3rd or 4th. Below is a channeling of Master Hilarion (©2010 Marlene Swetlishoff, www.therainbowscribe.com) that reaffirms the collective consciousness moving into the Gold and Black and the importance of understanding and internalizing the process, as we are all unique and will manifest things differently.
 Hold onto your high visions of the World you wish to live in and keep on keeping on, Beloveds, firm in your resolve to be the Beacons of Light that you contracted for before you incarnated upon this beautiful Planet Earth. Continue to put one foot in front of the other and you will in good and Divine timing, find your Path before you paved with gold, that will open up limitless possibilities, bringing to you opportunity to transcend your former limitations and take your rightful place in the Garden of Eden that is even now beginning to manifest once again on Earth. Hold firmly and strongly to these visions and stay the course, affirming often that which you desire in your personal life. Daily state that you are willing to change all that needs to be changed within yourselves to bring you into greater alignment with your Higher Self and the Universe will respond with everything you need to bring this into manifestation. Above all, Love and honor yourselves and take the time often to give yourselves little rewards for a job well done. These small acts will bring more of the same into your World and it is time that you enjoyed the fruits of your labors. Remember that joy is not something that happens TO you, but is something created BY you! You, alone, have that power and choice. BE IN JOY!
Black and Gold:
 As the Black and Gold spoke to me, they originally showed up because of the Solar Flares and the magnetic energy coming into the Earth’s atmosphere. The ultraviolet and x-ray radiation from the solar flares have been causing electromagnetic disturbances and many of us have been feeling this deeply in our cellular structure. Many people have been calling me describing many “off” days and feeling “weird”, dead inside, and feeling the “Black Cloud” over their heads. This is the underside of the Black consciousness. The underside of the Gold aspect has been surfacing through feelings of confusion, judgment, irrational fears, feeling indecisive, nervous, anxious and experiencing intestinal disorders. All of these issues have to do with feeling disconnected.
Deeply buried emotional fears are being awakened and brought to the surface so they may be healed and let go of. As the Sword of Life and Death swings at the knees, we must always be aware of how big our egos get, for if we supersede that which lies above us…we will be chopped down so we bow before those above us, and humbled. Then, we shall remember our Heart of Gold/God. In lies the spiritual mastery within the Gold which we were all born with and need to embrace in every moment of our aliveness. The Gold in all of us represents our Royal Births (Royal in the sense of Divine), and as such we are pure crystalline energy, comprised of nothing but light…all of us!
This tumultuous time is also being accelerated as Mother Earth is being surrounded by the Solar EMF’s or electromagnetic frequencies, waves of vibration if you will. Since we are walking on her body and we are merged with her energy, we are feeling her turmoil as well. It’s important especially now to work with energies that bring through Love, so that your Hearts may feel at peace, knowing you are never separate from Divine Source, and wherever you are it's in perfect order. Fear not, but solely embrace your Loving abilities and those which will connect you to other Loving beings in your soul group.
Experiencing Deep Silence:
 The Black Bottle is the perfect guide to help you move inward to experience silence, the kind of silence you’d feel in a tomb. This is a perfect place to be to reconnect and examine your truest self and confront that which has been driven by the ego causing pain. It is a death in many ways, which allows the grief and mourning of who we are letting go of inside to surface as we can no longer exist as we have since it is not in harmony with our souls, our beloved Earth, or the Heavens. Black brings forth a liquidation of holographic untruths and the dissolving of the ego structure which is necessary for us to move forward. Black, like the womb holds us safe and protected while taking our deeper journeys inside. This is why most people where Black to events or to places they’ve never been before. It is the soul calling for protection when they are not sure what to expect.
The Black can be a very peaceful place to be as sometimes we feel as if we are simply floating, like in the womb. Here we can just “be” without judgment from others or even ourselves. It is a stillness where we can listen, sense and feel in a way that is not limited to the physical realm. There is no reactivity, nor emotional energy…just emptiness and stillness.
By calling in the Black we are asking for the ego structure which keeps us in suffering, to dissolve. Should we listen to the messages of the Black and allow it to dissolve… the light of the new energies and healthy ego will emerge, and through those new energies we awaken to Love and a clearer understanding of our Hearts and what lies beneath the four chambers within them.
 Anubis, the Jackal headed Egyptian God is known for his “weighing of the Heart” on the scales of Justice of each soul who attempts to cross into the heavens after death. He weighs each Heart against the Feather of Ma’at, the Goddess of Law and Order within the universe. If the souls Heart is heavier than the Feather due to improper decisions made in that lifetime, Anubis will deny entry into the Gates of Heaven. Here we see the “matter” within the cells is too dense and cannot ascend into the lighter molecular structure in the heavens. This would be the same as trying to push a bolder through mesh…it won’t work. Our cells are the same. The more “light” they contain, the quicker we can accelerate. If a heavy person and a thin person are going to run a marathon, who do you think is going to win? The thinner person, of course. The more “weight” we have on our bodies, the more we will “wait” to shift and will most likely experience the universal ax coming down to end all which serves no purpose quickly and sometimes violently. The message: WAKE UP!!!
 Yet, this journey is a beautiful one filled with empowerment and light once coming through the void. Black then becomes a beautiful container of absorption of all frequencies so we may truly know all vibrations and awaken to our greatest power within. It is a place where we can transform, as transformation is necessary for the awakening process. We in essence then become the Black Opal, a container which holds and reflects light and all Colours within the light found in the Heavens and on Mother Earth.
Uncovering our Wisdom:
The Gold Bottle brings joy, rebirth, courage, bravery, reverence like the Lion, mental clarity, self-Love, self-esteem, self-worth and prosperity. It shows us our hidden wisdom if again, we choose to let go of the ego (Yellow fraction of Gold) which keeps us shattered (Orange fraction of Gold) and in addictive or needy behavioral patterns.
 In Ancient Greece the Colours worn most by the Philosophers were Gold and White. The theme…Know Thyself. Here in the Black and Gold we need to “Seek to Know”, which is much greater than belief. This is quantum physics. Belief systems can be formed through the placebo effect and won’t stick because of underlying belief structures filled with sabotaging thought forms. As well, the world is plagued (Black) by illogical belief systems, yes? So, for something to stick, transformation must occur through the Black which destroys all false truths. Then, out of the shadow comes the light of The I AM Presence, one’s spiritual mastery and complete connection to Divine.
If Gold is about spiritual mastery, how does one obtain this? Well, since life is about physics, then it is through thought, word and deed that your reality is manifest. Be conscious of every thought you have which holds judgment to you, others, and carries the lineage of judgments within your family…for all of these play a part in the core of your being and the reality you live in. They will also affect the reality of others.
Be conscious of sending beautiful thoughts to others or thoughts of forgiveness to others… maybe even surrounding those who’ve hurt you most in Gold Light. You will feel better and your Heart will open. Your spiritual power lies within your Hearts, and the more open they are through consciously Loving thoughts, words and deeds…the more powerful you will become.
Golden Health:
 Gold is also about health and self-worth. Being well is about feeling good in your body. It is a state of being in the moment. If you’re sick all the time, is it “worth” it? So then, examine where the worth is lacking.
Getting well is learning what life is about. Just as happy as you are is just as healthy as you are. Just as healthy as you are…just as free as you are. If you wish to suffer, be arrogant (disharmonious Gold), and if you want to be healthy, listen to your body and Heart (Heart of Gold/God) and ask the following questions: What can I do to enhance my health? What foods can I eat, exercises can I do?, etc.
 Health or illness is a molecular vibration of the body, so it’s better to be “tuned” in so that you manifest all things that bring a Loving reality to you. Your bodies, after all, are the Golden Temples which house your souls.
This is a beautiful way to obtain your spiritual mastery and power within. Just remember the thoughts you think create your life and the actions you take do the same. They are the bricks which build your Golden Temple. Seek the truth, seek the light and the Love which will return to you through the universe will dissolve all fears and disconnections you may feel during this shift we are experiencing, and most of all...will fill your soul with Love.

  We know the white flag as the symbol for surrender, so conversely, the Black is considered the color of the very opposite action - Anarchy! Black is defiance, and a powerful push against anything that doesn't feel resonant in your life, or make sense to you. Black will go against the grain and hold it's own. It's a challenging vibration to experience sometimes, because it can conjure feelings or images of death, permanence, and the grief or mourning that comes with changing old ways. Black is not soft, easy-going or faltering. It's a freight train of an experience when you find yourself there, and very worthy of respect, remembering that all experiences are transformative.
 Now enter Gold. Also not a pushover by any means with all it's regality and brevity. This combination brings to my mind a scene of a Lion King and a Black bear at a face-off; beating their chests and thickening the air with their respective Earth shatteringroars. This is a "to the death" type of scenario, and neither animal is built to offer surrender- nor should they!
 Now, interestingly, when the Black and Gold merge together, Olive is created. Peace, Hope, new growth, empowered femininity and Light. The very opposite of the feeling created by the two original halves.
Can the path to Peace be paved by allowing ourselves to fight (as a spiritual warrior) for our Truth, our Sovereignty and our rights as rulers of our own creations within our personally manifested universes? Is speaking up or acting upon our Truth when it opposes another's opinion a violent act?
 Maybe it's time for the swells of courage that are buried inside to begin their deep bass-y growl, rise up from your belly, out through your Heart and with all the focused snarling of a wildcat, form into a roaring song so resounding that it shakes the ground you are supported by!! Perhaps the way towards a more peaceful, empowered existence is through the breakdown of old barriers of belief, and to bang away on your chest (figuratively :) until your authority as the King/Queen of your deep enchanted forest finally takes the crown!

Our theme continues this month with Black and Gold where we’ll be exploring the dissolution through Black of our thoughts and beliefs which hold untruths preventing us from moving forward on our paths, while weaving the Golden thread through the Heart to receive our inner power, courage, self-Love, self-esteem, and self-worth.
We will achieve this through mediation, this months homework which will be mailed to each person who signs up, through interaction with the colours directly, through the powerful aromas of the Black and Gold as they are misted throughout the Workshop, through sound, and through the healthy Black and Gold food especially created for this Workshop.

A beautiful way to reconnect to your inner light is to sit or lay down quietly with the Gold Bottle on your Solar Plexus and the Black either on your Heart or Below your feet...or the opposite if you choose. Nothing is a wrong choice since everyone is different. Remember to spray both the Black and Gold around your aura first since this will saturate it with the crystalline and plant energies of the Sun and also with the silent energies of the void, thus you’ll feel an instant shift.
As you are experiencing the Gold and Black penetrating into your energy field and cellular structure, imagine lying in a Pyramid with the top exposed to the sky. The floor is Black and made of magnetic energy. As your thoughts of judgment, hatred, fear and all other disharmonies surface, see them being quickly pulled out of your body, continuing to go into the Earth as the magnetic energies are so powerful you cannot hold them in any longer. Continue to see this occur until you are feeling lighter and begin to “float”.
 Then see the Golden Sun moving over the top of the Pyramid extending its luminous rays into your Heart and Solar plexus warming your entire being up with the feeling of Love. Continue to allow the Golden light to merge into you completely, moving through your skin, your cells, atoms, tissues, organs, bones, your blood…your very essence. As this is occurring, merge with the silence of Black, and feel a new level of power emerging from your very being.
When you are finished, spray the Gold and Black energies once again, and see how connected you feel, how “light” you feel and how much more powerful you feel inside.
This can be done daily until all disharmonious energies and thoughts have been removed from the conscious and subconscious layers. Remember, since the Colours are portals which hold prayers for your guides to come through and work with you on very personal levels, expect the unexpected, for you will be accelerated.

 The community site is a resource for learning about the colour frequencies, a meeting place for anyone who is interested in bringing more light into their lives through the colours of Unconditional Love, Divine Presence, and Unity.
It is also intended as a meeting place for "virtual workshops" where we can have events that all can attend no matter where you are located. (in the future, you tube or webinars)

I’m sure most of you have heard the coined phrase, “Turning lead into Gold”. Well, alchemy is changing the very chemistry of lower based metals or denser, heavier energies into Gold or “lighter” energies by heating them to temperatures which cause them to melt down, literally transforming the Colour and texture from Black to Gold, from darkness to “lightness”, from the old hologram to the new hologram.
We also know that our reality has shifted and we cannot put it into words what exactly it is yet. But we do know, nothing will ever be the same again. This is where the mourning process begins and the grief of losing an old way of being, surfaces. This is also about realizing that the ego structure was not in alignment with the higher path of the soul. Anything which prevents us from moving forward in these times will quickly be removed from our paths. The reason? To help us grow consciously as individuals, and as a collective. The quicker we remove the darkness from our cells by letting go of all vices which destroy our bodies, the more light will enter into us so we may accelerate. The “light” is the Gold to which we can be reborn to should we allow the journey through the darkness to occur, embracing it with Love, not fear. This is what is called “enlightenment”.
The beauty is when we are finished burning we have no where to go but up, as now we have been liquefied just like the moth in the cocoon before transforming into the majestic butterfly. Magickal…the Black/Gold butterfly we are all familiar with is the Monarch. The Monarch speaks of its royal birth into a new form of “light”, and a new form of power reflected in its very beauty. Black then is also about intimacy, for we plunge into the void to “see into me”. The mirror we look through on this journey is the scrying mirror, that which holds the inner most magickal essence of the soul.
The Colours themselves cause the alchemical changes consciously as they help remove our darkness, literally bringing things to light. They expose the shadow, meaning that which we hide from, that which does not serve our higher purpose. By emitting the sound of Love into our Hearts, they allow us to go on with our lives in an awakened state of consciousness moving to much higher levels spiritually. This is why when we see religious paintings of the masters, we often see a Gold halo or aura round them. They are there to remind us that we have all the answers inside, and to just look deeper…for we will find them. This is a universal truth.
Here is another truth: Anything that causes the ball and chain (classically Black) to be wrapped around our ankles slowing us down so we can’t move forward must burn. If we choose to let go of all negative energies, we make room for the Golden Light to permeate our cells, our being and our very existence. The moment the light enters into our Hearts allowing the truth to be heard, the physical body becomes lighter because the vibration level has been raised. It is the soul finally responding to the orders being issued from above via many dimensions of Loving and compassionate beings who Love us so much and who are there to keep us on our paths.
