Black Bottle Black Sun/Moon Bottle Hi Everyone!

Welcome to this months edition of the Black Newsletter, reflecting the conscious shifts of humanity at the moment. Oddly enough, it’s been exactly a year since the last Black Newsletter. As well, when I looked back into the archives we also went from “Green” into Black and now we are moving from “Olive” into Black. The messages are very similar, so now let’s explore them even further and why Olive brings in another type of energy.

Some of you may be aware that a few weeks ago the Sun and Moon moved into Scorpio. This is an extremely intense sign, so both male (Sun) and female (Moon) energies are being challenged. For many, especially Scorpios or those who have Scorpion energy in their astrology charts, the “Still Waters” or “emotions”, are running much deeper inside than they ever have in our entire lives.

In the midst of darkness we always know there is an equal amount and balance of light. Olive is about the “Light”. Olive is also about revealing deep dark secrets from the Heart to help us heal whatever parts of us still feel unloved or lost through illusion of ego being the controlling factor. This is where Olive, Black and Scorpio conjunct. It is the Shadow side of the self, the ego, which needs to be dissolved.

Olive is about Clarity On The Path. The bigger message is “Let Go” and receive the truth even if you don’t want to hear it. Not hearing it creates more fear and confusion (Yellow that is found in Olive), and the energy will become denser and you will feel the heaviness on your shoulders as well as around the upper back area (Blue that is found in the Green which is in Olive). Another symptom of the disharmonious side of Olive is cramps. The pain will usually reveal itself between the Heart and Solar Plexus. This will be reflection of making too many wrong and confused decisions. Remember, pain is the universes way of making us pay attention to where we are blocking our ascension, keeping us from walking with Love into our fullest potential of Mastery within.

Moving into the Black, it is beckoning the soul to visit the deepest chambers of the Heart to transition through these fears and closely kept secrets that must be revealed now in order to shift into feeling “light”. The heavier our Hearts feel, the slower our processes will be and with that, we are not on our true paths.

The Black shows up when we must truly dissolve our ego structure so we may move forward, receiving higher messages. The Black reminds us not to judge ourselves or others. It is present so we may just “be”, floating within the deeper abyss of our unconscious mind allowing us to explore the darker nature of ourselves through safety. If you wear Black, think about how you feel when you wear it. The old excuse is “it makes everyone look thin”…poppycock!

This is about holding the unloved and fragmented pieces of ourselves together in a Loving way so we may go through the transformational process our soul has called forth. When we do this, we must always feel “safe” as we are indeed moving through a “death”.

As humans, we are not comfortable with such quick shifts, nor about looking at our darker aspects. The Black acts as a cloak of protection so we may visit all of our shadows without fear.

Remember the other “mythical” (and I say that lightly) story about how Isis called upon Anubis, the Jackal Headed Egyptian God who weighs the Hearts of all before they cross over with the feather of Ma’at (Justice/Law) to see if the soul ascends or descends.

Anubis pulled the fragments of Osiris, Isis’s Beloved together after he was cut into little pieces by his jealous brother Seth, and thrown into the Nile River to be lost forever. It was Anubis who rules the underworld/unconscious (Black) who assisted Osiris in becoming whole again to once again be with Isis before he permanently left the earth sphere in his physical body. Here the consciousness of Black reveals itself through a story of holding fragments together until the outcome can be attained.

The Black is about “Soul Rescue”; therefore, it will do everything in its power to help you through your process of doing just that – rescuing yourself, by revealing parts of yourself you never wished to see, and recovering the pieces of your power within that have been lost, forgotten about, or simply cast aside.

The newest Black Bottle was born a few weeks ago (when Sun and Moon went into Scorpio), this time revealing the Indigo instead of the Olive behind it since now the energies on this planet and in our Hearts are being guided by the Divine Mothers such as Isis. She sits eternally on the Indigo Ray.

The beginning of the “Return of the Feminine” marked itself through the Olive and like an onion this journey is getting deeper as we make our way to the core, peeling external layers away allowing us to “lighten up”.

The Indigo behind the Black reveals that many of you are quickly being plummeted into such deep transitions, especially with blood family members and dyadic (soul group) family members. Deaths, literal and non-literal are occurring, so the newest frequency of Black reveals this change within the Indigo. This is the Abyss within the Greater Abyss and it is the darkest and most intense of all Blacks that have ever come through. The message is clear. We must go deeper and continue to let go of what we no longer need. Let all things around us and in ourselves continue to die allowing higher levels of our Mastery to show themselves.

Let us embrace the Black to show us our greatest power within, and to Love the darkest parts of ourselves. It is the absorption of all colours, and where it meets the light, all colours of the rainbow are revealed. It shows us our ability to contain all colours through the sound of Love. Black was born for this reason, and for this, it truly is our Soul Rescue.

The Black Toxin Absorber - by Kristi Mulford

Activated Charcoal:

Medicinal Activated Charcoal Powder is used worldwide as a universal antidote for hundreds of poisons (including arsenic, mercury, pesticides, strychnine, warfarin, hemlock, etc...) and as a detox for drug overdose (including aspirin, barbiturates, prozac, paracetamol, phenobarbital, amphetamine, cocaine, THC, morphine, opium, etc...). Charcoal is recommended by the Poison Control Centers of America, including the Animal Poison Control Center, and charcoal slurry can be found in every emergency room. Activated charcoal is carbon that has been treated with oxygen, resulting in highly porous charcoal. The tiny holes give the charcoal a surface area of 300-2,000 m2/g, allowing liquids or gases to pass through the charcoal and become locked inside. Charcoal is widely used in water and air filters for it's toxin binding properties.

For Brushing your teeth:

Just apply some of the black powder to your toothbrush and brush like normal. Your teeth will be totally Black, which can be a little strange, but it won't stain your mouth when rinsed thoroughly. There is absolutely no flavor, but can be a bit gritty. Charcoal is a strong odor absorber, and will eliminate bad breath.

Safe for Babies:

Activated Charcoal can be used to ease Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), neonatal jaundice, infant diarrhea, colic, or accidental poisoning in babies. It is a Must in your first aid kit if you have small children.

Inflammation, Infection and Pain Relief:

Activated charcoal adsorbs bacteria, virus, bacterial poison, hormone, tissue fluid, and pus to prevent swelling and infection from external wounds, bacteria, poison, and allergies. Activated charcoal will often bring relief for the pain associated with gout, sore throat, earache, toothache, irritated eyes, sprains, inflammations, and bruises within the half hour. Apply directly to the skin, or apply a poultice.

*A poultice applied over the liver can ease and speed the removal of toxins during a cleanse.
*Taken internally, charcoal will absorb the toxins produced by candida, it curbs the growth of intestinal yeast, and counteracts the Herxheimer reaction (the unpleasant and sometimes debilitating side effects of the yeast "die off").
*Charcoal poultices are excellent pain relievers for sore muscles or other injuries.

How to Make a Charcoal Poultice:

*Charcoal may dry out quickly and will need to be changed or remoistened. (Poultices of any kind only work if there is continuous moist contact with the skin).To make a poultice that will not dry as fast, add ground flax seeds to the charcoal and water mixture.

1. Mix 1 to 2 Tbs. charcoal with a little water to form a wet paste that is moist but not crumbly or drippy.
2. Spread the paste on one half of a folded paper towel, or gauze cut to fit the area you are treating. The cloth should be moist, and thoroughly saturated with the paste.
3. Cover the paste by folding over the other half of the paper towel or cloth.
4. Place the charcoal poultice over the affected area of the body, making sure it completely covers the area.
5. Cover the poultice with plastic (cling wrap is perfect) cut to overlap the poultice by an inch on every side. This will keep it from drying out. The poultice must be kept moist in order to absorb.
6. Tape or bandage the poultice securely in place. Leave it on for several hours, or even better, overnight. A new poultice can be applied after 6- 10 hours.

*Charcoal is not digested or absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract.
*There are no known side effects to the use of activated charcoal.
*Taking activated charcoal orally will naturally turn the stool black.
*Activated charcoal may interfere with drug medication.

The Dark Side of the Moon

I’m sure this title reminds you of one of the most famous bands in the world, Pink Floyd. Yes, they happen to be one of my favorite bands ever. So, what exactly was this album about? Exploring the darker side of one’s personality, the unhealthy ego, the subconscious and darker nature of our being.

When we’re on the edge, where do we go? Many leave and don’t return leaving their bodies as empty shells floating in the abyss. However, through Love we have the possibilities of returning from wherever we’ve journeyed to.

Gazing into the mirror we see the reflection of ourselves whether it be in truth or to realize the distortion should we seek clarity through the veil of pain. The mirror IS the Moon and all the mystical reflections she holds for us to seek out. However, the “Scrying” or Black Mirror is her darker side, the side that reveals the unconscious in its raw state, the state of the unmanifest. What I mean by unmanifest is that which we have not created yet since it isn’t in our hologram at the moment. It might be sitting at the edge, but we are truly not aware of it.

Scrying is the art of gazing into or upon a crystal or dark mirror. It is a magickal mirror used as a powerful, psychic tool allowing the user to access hidden knowledge by opening portals into other dimensions. It is the opposite and sister counterpart to the Silver mirror of pure reflection. This is why I call it “The Dark Side of The Moon”, as to me this is quite appropriate due to its nature.

By using the Scrying mirror one can communicate with higher realms, access one’s subconscious, take shamanic journeys, contact spirit guides, bring about self-improvement, use as a transmitter and receiver, and as such access the Akashics which hold all information of our soul from the time of our existence.

We know as babies we are born through the darkness into the light from the feminine “womb of time”, the birthing canal. The Scrying mirror is about the unmanifest which means we can also “birth” and create new energies into our hologram out of discovering what lies within our unconscious states. As well, we can access past, present and future energies and occurrences. Because of these possibilities, scrying has been used in traditional mystery schools as well as ancient Oracular Temples.

Reflection of what is, or journeying into and creating what has not occurred yet. The choice is always ours. When we have the courage, we shall always find the truth whether it comes from the light or the dark - for in retrospect, they are both the same and will bring us to a higher level of being-ness.

Testimonial - Auracle's Colour Therapy

I found black. Black found me. We found love!

I remember when my friend and I decided to experiment around with all the colors for the first time. I laid down on Leslie's carpet and after a few minutes I remembered feeling a nourishing warmth in my belly and an enjoyable vibration going up my body. "Woahh, what color is that?" I asked with a big smile on my face. It was Black. Leslie came by and I asked her why was black was making me feel so good, and, as usual, she unleashed floodgates of fascinating information. "It's Anubis. It's the shattering of illusion. It's..." I couldn't at the time soak in all of what she was saying because I was too high on the black.

But talking to her later about it, it's interesting how black also comforts us immensely and pulls all our pieces together. I immediately bought the big black bottle and it has revealed to me a lot of pieces I didn't want to see about myself. Strangely enough, a large amount of external manifestations have also appeared with my friends, family, and at school, since I've been using the black, to also illuminate all my parts and push me to reconnect with it all. Once you go black you never go back.

This Month's Featured "Colour" Question to Leslie Sloane

Hi Leslie,

I got your email from a friend of mine who has used your Auracle’s Colour Therapy. Hopefully you can answer my question. I’ve been a smoker for 30+ years and recently I’m having a tough time getting rid of a cough. I mean, I’ve had coughs before and during this time of the year I usually get a scratchy throat & cough with the change of weather. It only lasts for a week or so, but this time it’s lasting me a month (and counting) and occasionally I’ve coughed up phlegm with blood in it. I’ve cut down on smoking but I can’t quit completely – not now. I’m hoping that just cutting down will bring me back to how I was before - wasn’t perfect health but I was content.

Also, I’m not a fan of doctors, especially after the way the death of my wife was handled which tore our family apart last year. So I’m looking into alternative therapies – like yours, first before I go face them. I know you are not a doctor but perhaps with the colors I pick you can give me some spiritual guidance. My three colors are black, orange, red.

Hi W.P,

Yes, this is a very intense time for all of us as we are being called to unveil, receive, observe and embrace our shadow. Smoking creates ashes, yes? It’s the common choice of many who need to “smoke out” their feelings from possibly experiencing a broken Heart through abandonment or betrayal in childhood. It seems to be a great way to cover the feelings up, but in lies the illusion. And, it is quite appropriate you’re writing me this letter in the month of Black, because smoking as we know Blacks out tissues of the lungs and Heart.

My concern is that you are still not reacting to the blood and phlegm being coughed up since you’ve stated that you’re not ready to quit smoking yet. The coughing is your lungs “crying” as you are suffocating them. This is an overspill of grief and guilt into the waters of your lungs which have not been dispelled through expression to those around you who you need to speak your feelings to.

My greater concern is that you have cancer in your lungs. When you continue to betray yourself by not honouring the messages of pain within your body, the next step is dis-ease. We all receive messages in our outer or “etheric” field way before the illness becomes a physical manifestation. The longer these messages are “A Voided”, the Black or darkness sets into the cells where we hold these negative emotions and before we know it, the disease has manifested. I’m feeling it in your system and I cannot lie about that. I would be of no service to humanity if I didn’t speak the truth, as well I would be betraying myself and my path on this planet. So, please understand I say these things out of a higher Love and compassion for your soul which is ultimately connected to mine. Your condition is quite serious and you know it.

At this point, to get immediate help I would refer you to a retreat center that does nothing but raw foods, juices and spiritual practices since you do not wish to see medical doctors. I cannot advise you in any way shape or form, but I can support your wish to take an alternative route.

To continue the reading, your wings of Black and Red reveal messages of how you need to heal and that your very “life force/blood” is in jeopardy. When Red is missing from the aura, cancer has already seeped into the system and is present. The opposite of life force is illness or death.

The Black and Red are speaking of a complete burn down of all you’ve ever known (thoughts, habitual patterns, modes of sabotage) bringing about a deep soul awakening because if you continue on this path, you WILL die. Black is about the dissolving of the ego/will, which prevents our soul from ascending in this world allowing us to live, Love and create Heaven on Earth through Love/Wisdom. It is your ego which holds you back and brings forth the desire to continue smoking. Therefore, through the Black, your higher self has called in a complete death physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to move any and all negative energies out of your hologram. The suppression of anger (Red) as well as feelings of victimization and sacrifice (Red) also adds to the dis-ease growing as it’s consuming your tissues, literally. Fire moves quickly.

The Orange is your emotional body and reveals that at an early age you might have been traumatized therefore “shattered” like humpty due to possibly your mother dying (shadow behind the Orange revealing the spiritual mother – in the heavens) when you were a child. As a result of lacking feminine, safe and nurturing energies in your childhood, your Heart has suffered and is still in trauma. As well, the addiction shows itself in Orange, and as this is the second colour reveals where you’re having issues in the physical world that you’re not letting go of.

By using the Black Bottle, it will hold the fragmented pieces of yourself together acting as an “urn” for you to burn the rest of the negative matter and false thoughts you contain while your soul awakens to a higher calling through the Christed Consciousness of the Red Bottle. The Red will also assist in bringing life force back into your very being. Red is “regeneration” of tissues, bones, cells, etc.

The Orange will act as a container for your emotions and the Love coming through will help your Heart to feel nurtured and very safe.

Black Tea - So Good for You!

So now that the weather is cooling down doesn't it feel tempting to take a break, grab your self a cup of something warm and cuddle with it? Drink it? Enjoy it? Wonderful!

With so many choices out there, here is one that you could add to the list - Black Tea and Egyptian Licorice Tea. Both lovingly delicious and more than just tasty, they're full of "health benefits". Yes, sure, the folks in Washington who are looking out for our health would prefer that we say "possible & scientifically not proven" health results. But we all know differently.

Let's just say that you've heard how green tea is great for us as well. Did you know that green, black, white, and oolong tea are all derived from the same plant? That means they have share the same documented health benefits:

Black teas have anti-oxidants which help the body in many ways.
Cuts down artery blockage. Yep! So who wants to reach for that extra hamburger to make up for it
Helps prevent and kick viruses butts because it stimulates your immune system - just like reading this newsletter!
Assists with weight loss - Does this mean I can have extra fries?.
Lowers cholesterol levels - Small strawberry shake please.
Helps reduce inflammation which is great news for arthritic folks and people who have tummy problems.
Rich in anti-oxidants to resist the uprising of those free radicals and keep in place those over-active cancer cells.

So what about the Egyptian Licorice Tea? Well as we all know, or not, that Licorice has often been called an elixir of life because it's been valued as a beautifying agent, aphrodisiac, used for vitality and longevity (goes along with the aphrodisiac part?). So when you go out and purchase Black Tea & Egyptian Licorice Tea, look for organic, loose leaf tea. But if you prefer tea bags instead, it's all perfect. Keep in mind that these teas have caffeine, so if you are sensitive to this, look for the naturally decaffeinated versions.

The November Tip - One of the many uses of Auracle's Colours

Black Sun/Moon Bottle As the Black Bottle is the greatest “Void” of all, it allows us to go deep inside of ourselves to see what we’ve been “A Void-ing”. The only way we can discover our light is to travel through fears that we’ve allowed to manifest in our hologram.

One of the most beautiful aspects of this Black Bottle is the Loving and accepting energy it holds for us while it unveils our shadow side, therefore allows us to feel safe and free from judgment within. There are many ways to use this Bottle such as when sleeping (putting it at the base of your feet) with the light behind it to amplify the energy field around you, meditating with it on the belly button/Solar Plexus, or even on the Heart as it is about discovering deeper chambers within the self. Even bring the Bottle outside at night and lay under the Stars with it on the Heart.

Make no mistake, it will bring about some type of deep shift within yourself, which will affect your life so be prepared. The “light” will come through after this process and you will begin a new journey into the Rainbow through the sound of Love.

A Message from Beatrix, the Transitioning Butterfly

Black Sun/Moon Bottle Hello Everyone. My name is Beatrix and I was found on the garage floor just a couple of days ago. I was resting there unable to fly anymore because soon it will be my time to fly into the next soul realm. So, in the meantime, I was lovingly placed in a planter until it is my time to transit.

During my last few moments, I'd like to share with you some insights about my long, Loving butterfly life...

In another part of town can be found this tree that I spent a lot of time with. When I was first born as a caterpillar, I began my life being birthed on this leaf which I immediately started eating. So delicious and so many leaves to chose from. I eventually made my way off the tree by accident, and explored the beautifully complex world in my 5 squared feet area that I called home. I sampled from so many plants and tasted such greatness. I saw so many other beings of different sizes and forms do the same and everyone, although in their own little worlds, managed to indulge in the beauty that existed in each earthen element.

Then came time to transform myself into the butterfly that I am today. So I went back to that tree where I was born and I created my little cocoon where I dissolved my caterpillar body and two and a half human weeks later, I unzipped this little vessel that protected me as I had metamorphasized a completely different body, which contained all the cellular structure of the same original body.

I then met my mate shortly thereafter and we produced a family who are now exploring the world as I, and the other ones before me, did. They see, as I do, the simplicity of our lives. And yet, they are unaware that what they are being is just Love - that they are just as much part of this greatness that brings them so much Love. But what I am currently discovering is that I, as well, can bring many other living beings just as much Love as they bring me. And this I didn't comprehend until after I made my caterpillar to butterfly transformation because when I reemerged, I was the same soul but all of my colors had expanded.

And as I soared around, taking in more elements of Life's Love, I noticed that the human beings would Light up as I flew by. Their energetic colors would brighten up and become more vivid. Is that happening because of me? And the answer is yes. Why? Because they were seeing the truer me and when people lighten up and smile as I fly by, there are looking at themselves as well for they are the same as me - most just haven't realized it yet.

It may be by coincidence that I came by during this month's Black newsletter, but the deeper message I'd like to convey to you is that when you allow yourself to transform into the deeper and truer you, that element of you always exudes more Love. It has to because it is closer to your higher soul which is of pure Love and Light.

The transformation is a fearful process, I know. But I climbed up on that branch and trusted that during my time cocooning, I would be safe and free of harm. I was and that time of being in complete nowhere is all a blur to me. I guess there was no need for me to remember that. And how could I? With every element of Love around me, how can I spare time focusing on past moments that could've brought me fear.

For now, I thank you for smiling at us when we fly by and land on a flower in front of you. I thank you for taking the time to walk by a dilipitated tree and smiling at it. I thank you for taking the time to look in the mirror and seeing all of the same colors as I have but are hiding under your protective clothes.

Be patient with yourself and understand that your personal transformations happen everyday,
