Hi Everyone! Welcome to the month of June. I hope you’re all ready to be “In The Pink” this month, because that’s the colour that has come in representing our consciousness at the moment.

As you remember last month was Gold, the colour of wisdom, bravery, self-confidence, self-worth, self-Love, self-esteem, seeking to master ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and finding our own personal power within.

What happens when we weave Gold into Pink? When we move from the Gold to the Pink ray of light, we are bringing forth the energy of “Trust”. This was written about in a blog I did a while ago, which you may wish to read or review, called “Embracing Pure Trust With The Frequencies of Pink and Gold”.

In this blog, I give examples of how being in the “lack” of Gold and Pink can show up as signs in our daily lives, as well as how to overcome these obstacles moving through them with grace. Gold and Pink are in essence, about mastering self-Love.

Pink is the ray of Love, and we will now explore this further.

When most of you hear the word Pink, you probably think of Love, newborn baby girls (feminine energy), a Pink rose or maybe the underbelly of a kitten, puppy, a lamb or another newborn animal (representing the skin of tenderness). Well, you’re right on all accounts if you think of these particular things.

Why is it that when we wear Pink or are surrounded by Pink we “feel” soft, or we “feel” Love? Why is it that most of us, when walking down a street would feel more comfortable with a person walking towards us dressed in Pink rather than dressed in Red?

Here’s why. Pink IS the ray of Unconditional Love. Subconsciously and consciously depending on where we are spiritually, it brings in thoughts of Angels who speak to us through the “music of the spheres”. Whether or not we listen to those messages is up to us. What is interesting about this, is one of the illnesses of Pink is deafness. Are you hearing only what you want to hear, or do you just want to shut it all off and not hear anything? When we do this, deafness will prevail. You know the saying, “If you don’t use it, you lose it”. This is truer than you know. I’ve seen this happen over and over, watching those who don’t feel they have the strength (Red – darker version of Pink) to do what is right, which will create change in their lives, go deaf. They have completely and consciously made a choice out of fear to shut off hearing the messages of their guides allowing them to accelerate on their life path. Their “awakening” (Red) has been put to a halt.

The sound of fear vibrating through the cells of the body can literally be deafening in many ways, yet the sound of Love, of Pink, can bring in tenderness, kindness, compassion and a very needed nurturing feminine energy if you allow it in.

Pink helps us to integrate positive aspects of the mother, or in general, a female role model. It can help to process possible abuse issues on all levels, as Pink is the colour used to let go on the deepest levels of our being. Pink is “mother Love” and it can also be “smother Love”. This can mean going back into the “root” (Red) of our existence from many moons past, which may bring us closer to the answers we seek in this lifetime of our strengths and weaknesses regarding our relationship to feminine energy.

Abuse of the feminine goes thousands of years back into history (his story). But where is “Her story”, the story of feminine wisdom passed down through the ages?

The decline of every civilization since the beginning of time is marked by the return of feminine energy. Pink is coming forth before our eyes, weaving it’s magick with the Golden Thread of our being-ness. It is helping us to align with higher frequencies of Love, assisting us in overcoming our fears, awakening to our Sacred Hearts. Pink gives us the ability to embrace ourselves and others unconditionally with kindness and Love.

Did you know that in many prisons they paint the walls Pink to de-masculinize the prisoners and keep them calm because Pink is known to calm the restless mind. Most likely none of the prisoners ever knew the meaning of Love, thus ended up in facilities with the least amount of Love, exactly how they were raised. Remember, they were not born bad, they were raised that way. Funny enough, the messages sent out by wearing Pink uniforms is to say that when a crime is committed, those who commit them will be forced to wear Pink, as if this is a bad thing since it is the closest thing to Love they probably will ever know.

Forgiveness is the key for all of us, especially for those who are now prisoners. These people never knew what they did wrong as children and were abused constantly “just because”. Pink calls in higher levels of compassion, learning to walk in someone else’s shoes to see why they feel so unworthy. Unconditional Love is the only thing that will help us heal inside and out, for it judges not our actions, nor our appearance. It sets no boundaries or tries to lock us in a box. Instead it floods us with its light, gives us hope, fills us with joy, and sits eternally in our Hearts, if we awaken to the sweetness of its song.

Ghostly Encounters:

I’m sure many of you have heard stories of family members smelling “roses” after their grandmother has died, or if they feel their energies around. This is the most common occurrence when people describe a visitation of a female who has crossed over, whether it was recent or many years past. Generally, it is the grandmother. Maybe some of you have experienced this too. I know its happened to me several times.

Pink also facilitates the understanding of Christ energy and consciousness. This is not to be taken in the religious sense, but in spiritual only. People often gravitate to Pink not only for self-Love, but also for forgiveness and compassion. Who taught us about these energies? Christ, amongst many others.

Since Pink is Unconditional in nature, it moves through all chakras or “energy seals” and exists in every cell. Pink works through the entire body affecting every function from the hormones and reproduction system in the Root chakra to eyesight and hearing up to the Crown chakra.

Some of the harmonious energies of Pink are, being romantic, gentle, a good listener, extremely feminine, forgiving, having a strong sense of companionship, honour and harmony, being faithful (believing in fidelity), intuitive and affectionate.

Those out of alignment with the Pink frequency will display sexual promiscuity, denial of feminine aspect altogether, are unable to receive Love from self or others, feel no joy, feel helpless, vulnerable, are manipulative, and dishonest.

If we listen to the messages of Pink when this frequency calls to us, we can ultimately find a connection to self, seeing our “light” within.

What links us all together through this beautiful ray is our need as light beings to feel Unconditional Love in our lives and in our Hearts. Through Unconditional Love, all things are possible.

Love Self More

"Love your Self more," was the message I got while taking a shower this morning. Hmmmm. Ok. I'll love myself more. So I glance down at my feet and realize that my stomach no longer gets in the way of me seeing my feet without having to bend over. Hurray! I love myself more.

"Great, but Love your Self more," I hear again. Hmmmm. I'll try to go deeper. So I think of all my defects and utter an affirmation of "I Love every single part of me. I am perfect and my health is perfect and my body is perfect. And so is my life."

"That's still great, but Love your Self more," I heard for a last time.

I sigh deeply and step out of the shower and towel-dry myself. Now-a-days, these "out-of-the-blue" messages seem so simple but become so complex very quickly. And they always seem to come to me when I'm showering and washing off all of the past night's sleep. Why is that? But one question at a time, Johnny G. One question.

Then I begin by asking, what is the Self? The 2009 "me" sees the Self as being the egoless-self or the higher soul - the Heart. Before, I just saw the Self as being the ego-self which consisted of my physical body and all superficial things around me like work, clothes, friends, etc. The Heart was at the bottom of the list and barely even there.

So if I'm now more aware of the Self being the Higher Soul (my center of Divine Truth - Divine Me/You), then how do I love this Self more? Supposedly, our higher Selves are pure unconditional love. Why do I want to give this unconditional Loving Self, more Love? This non-sense makes me think diffently. Shift gears. Get out of my box for a moment...

What else is part of the Self? My journey. My soul reveals to me what my journey is so this has to be part of the Self.

What else? The energies/inner (outer) guides/light beings that help me on this journey. They're all part of my Self because they are part of my journey.

What else? All experiences had on this journey. The experiences are elements of my Self because that is how it wishes for me to embrace the journey I've picked.

Anything else? The ego-self. It's part of my whole Self because it reminds me when I'm not aligned with the truth of my Self's journey. Whenever I experience anything other than love, the ego is reminding me of which direction to take because the Self's journey is to experience everything - no matter the outcome - with unconditional love.

Anything more? Sigh..... I hope not because this is a lot to love. I guess my awareness of Self just became extended to everything and everyone around that joins me in this journey of the Self. To love my Self more, means to honor and love all experiences had and share love and compassion for all beings that assist me (either with resistance or with support) to achieve the journey that my unconditional loving Self/Soul has revealed to me.

What does "loving the Self more" mean for other people who are curious to expand their awareness of Self? It means to begin in small steps: by acknowledging that every step that you take is an opportunity to love your Self more because each step is part of your higher journey. To realize that even if you are flipping burgers and you wish to be a world-renowned motivational coach, each time you flip a patty, it's part of the steps to get to your destination. Love what you are doing every moment and you are loving your Self more. Have compassion for those who come in and go from your life and you are loving your Self more. Feel the perfect light-filled connection to your Source and feel love for it because it's part of loving your Self more.

And lastly (for the meantime) loving your Self more means also being in love with your ego because the ego teaches you more about your Self, about your definition of Love, and about how to recognize the highest truth in everything around you.

The Unloved Self

Soft whispers inside of my soul
Scream to be heard over the clatter.
Denying my dreams, ignoring my whole
Miles of confusion within my matter.

Dreams with yellow tint
Unrequited love and judgment
All of the amity I couldn't see
The hours that were lost hating you...
Because I didn't love me.

Empty hopes ardently engulf my fears
There is no love for a beastly leper
Resentful embarrassment, ashamed of tears
Pools of affliction pull me deeper

Worse than this,
is living in the awareness.
That this is a feeling,
I can't quite express.

As the world is shifting, more people are becoming unbalanced, filled with fear, and experiencing the loss of a special person or persons close to them, causing an abundance of pain and grief. The Pink Bottle is the perfect antidote to help heal fear as well as to help one overcome feelings of grief as it is soft, nurturing, Loving, tender and very, very compassionate. The subtle energies coming through the Pink Bottle will assist in helping to heal two extremely important issues within ourselves; self-Love and forgiveness.
