Happy Earth Day! Hearts are pulsing all over the world with streams of Love weaving into Gaia, Pachamama...as it is Mother's Day for Her, and she is our Mother.

Blessings, celebrations and sacred ceremonies are happening globally as we are all connecting through the Turquoise and Coral rays, which speak of World (Turquoise) and Community (Coral) affairs.

Two New Colours:

NEPTUNE (Sea Foam Green) and THE SPIRITUAL WARRIOR (Fire Yellow) were born on Sunday, March 27th the day following demonstrations held all over the country called "Millions Against Monsanto". Revolution is in the air as we can no longer live the way we have. We are being called to shift into higher octaves within our Hearts, being very conscious of every thought, word and deed as it pertains to ourselves, Mother Earth and all sentient beings.

What do Neptune and The Spiritual Warrior have in common with the Turquoise and Coral rays? Neptune is Water Rescue for the waters of our world, and the waters which flow through our lungs as well as in our entire bodies. Neptune is the higher octave of Turquoise, Turquoise which is the Water Bearer. By gazing into the Bottle, the new energies of Avalon and Lemuria can be felt through the Heart as it is a multi-dimensional gateway or portal for travel. For many who feel a connection to Avalon, Lemuria and Atlantis, it will bring back memories. You will most likely feel "at home" either by using the Bottle, or being exposed to the frequency.

The Coral is our spine, the backbone of man, the bones within the oceans. As Coral grows in the sea, it is associated with unconscious and subconscious energies. The Coral ray asks us to forgive the betrayals of others as well as the betrayals we've brought upon ourselves. It is the higher Christed ray which is shifting our consciousness to take responsibility for our choices, to "grow a spine" and change what we don't, therefore changing our very lives individually, and seeing a greater change within the collective as a result.

So Neptune, Turquoise and Coral are all connected to the ocean, yet they also have something else in common. They each hold the smallest fraction of Yellow inside to create their hues. Enter, The Spiritual Warrior.

The Spiritual Warrior came through with Archangel Michael riding upon a White horse with his Shield and Sword in hand. The words shown to me were "Enough Is Enough!!!". This Yellow is quite different from the other, which is now called "The Halo". The Spiritual Warrior ignites the belly fires, that of the Warrior who will stop at nothing until justice, honour and integrity have been restored within the self, and in the world. This Fiery Yellow was born because many are still living in fear, doubting their gut instincts, still refusing to let go of old patterns of not feeling worthy or enough self-Love to move forward regardless of what others say. Fires are ignited on many levels of life when awakening is necessary. The Spiritual Warrior (Michael) is here to usher us into a place of discovering the true "Self" - the "Soveriegn Self", to recognize our Light and to use it constructively. Through the Fire Yellow, we battle the dark forces to overcome through OUR "light".

The false ego structure has no place in this new world of peace we are building together. It doesn't matter if someone is a farmer, a doctor or an artist. We are all from one cell and as souls have chosen varied expressions of how we are living our lives. Money and "status" to the universe...mean nothing. Each of us has a unique journey, so comparing ourselves to others and their wealth only disempowers us. By using our individual gifts for the greater whole, by standing in our power... the power driven by our passions, we can reunite into a new hologram of Joy and Celebration of our unique and beautiful selves. We ARE the gift from God, and no matter what you think, every little thing you do to help yourself and others plugs more light into your system, which in turn, lights up humanity. Grace always comes through thoughts of "light".

During Neptune's birth I was first shown the Isle of Avalon in the time of King Arthur and Merlin, where Goddesses, Priests and Priestesses were ancient stewards of the Earth, and who were trained in the art of Magick by way of the Heart to uphold balance and harmony within the Universal Laws. There were sacred codes of honour and "light" embedded deeply into each soul and markings upon the Third Eye revealing the levels of sacred knowledge and high wisdom they carried within. They were the Gatekeepers, healers and teachers of the Christed Consciousness and the sacred ways of living. This is another part of the Coral ray, the higher Christed ray, holding sacred space, bringing forth forgiveness, and through the forgiveness, healing betrayals, those we've perpetuated ourselves, that we have brought upon others. This includes all things regarding the feminine and Mother Earth.

Lemuria revealed itself as another dimensional portal of Avalon. Its message through Neptune was to reminds us of the peaceful ways in which we lived and held all things sacred (Coral) in ourselves and for each other. Through the collective Heart (Turquoise/Neptune) we manifested our dreams. In this harmonious form, Neptune reveals visions aligning with universal laws, therefore will bring harmony to all.

However, make no mistake that Neptune also rules the "illusions" and betrayals, and now is the time they be unveiled within us all. As we begin to release (Yellow) these illusions creating the betrayals (Coral), then the same will happen to the world in which we live. A higher, more Loving way to be, think and create will once again find a home within all of us, but we must first look at ourselves inside and ask what is it that truly isn't serving us anymore, therefore is perpetuating betrayal amongst humanity. A very dear friend of mine who's quite magickal with astrology told me on April 5th, Neptune went into Pisces squaring Venus. This means that we can either fall in Love with God and merge with THE Loving Force of Creation, or be in the illusion thinking we're with our soul-mate, but really we're with a drunken Lover. Illusion or truth, what's it to be?

Neptune and Turquoise are our connection between the waters in the oceans, our lungs...our very bodies. As we continue to allow our waters to be poisoned, our waters internally shall be as well when we consume that which comes from the poisoned waters, including the water itself. Neptune was born so we may connect our Hearts globally into the Unified Field of Love, sending our light and prayers into the waters of Mother Earth and to each other. One Heart, One Mind, One Purpose, One Vision...to globally (Turquoise/Neptune) dream in a new way of living, to dispel the old hologram, to "Let Go" (Yellow) of the past, and to create thriving communities (Coral) filled with sovereign beings who live with passion, strength and focus.

Look inside to see the extraordinary gifts you were born with, acknowledge them, and express (Turquoise/Neptune) those gifts through creation however you choose to do it. When we have the courage to express ourselves through Divine, we begin to heal not only ourselves by releasing the waters trapped in our lungs carrying grief, guilt and disappointment...but also release the family lineage and hologram of suffering that have imprisoned us for generations. In other words, by healing ourselves we are setting everyone else free, from past, present and future.

When we think and act through Love, our lives will become Love. When we smile at someone, we may save their lives or bring them out of a depression. When we rescue an animal, the Love we bring to them goes out to others who still need a home. When we bring through acts of kindness and compassion to ourselves and to others, because we are all connected, the Love reverberates into the universal grid and moves into the Hearts of all sentient beings. All acts of Love and compassion are counted for and are such an important part of creating our new world.

Like the Coral in the ocean, our journey as beings is to move towards and into the light. It is to experience the awakening of the spiritual self. Neptune and Turquoise ask us to express our creativity however it manifests, to be true to where our passions lie. The Spiritual Warrior is asking we let go of fear and stand up for what we believe in, to embrace our individuality, our uniqueness, essential joy, and live in our Sovereignty.

GOOD FRIDAY AND EARTH DAY:

As I've written about the Coral representing the Christed Consciousness and the backbone or spine of man, it's also the energy of the betrayer and the martyr. Today we are celebrating the Earth, our beloved home to which we all walk, run, play and dance upon. The message that Jesus left us with was "follow your Heart", for as we do we shall never betray ourselves or another. Had we listened, we wouldn't be experiencing traumas in the Earth, Her creatures, within ourselves, ...and around the world.

Could this be the moment that has been referred to as "The Second Coming of Christ"? What if it isn't about the return of the man, but in fact a global awakening of His teachings. Our Hearts are collectively calling upon the Coral Ray, bringing us to a higher conscious path, a path of compassion for ourselves and all life, a path which supports Love/Wisdom, forgiveness and creation...and lets go of all which is untrue and destroys. The time of sacrifice is over. Those who live in the past, limit their future. Let's not continue remembering Jesus on the cross...move the old dogmatic visions out, and allow visions of Light to replace them. This is how a new world is created. Jesus did let go and he let it all unfold. Now it's our time to do the same. We are here as little pieces of the puzzle for the Divine Plan, like the little creatures which make up Coral in the ocean. Working together we can create beauty, peace and harmony, as we are a vital part of planetary consciousness.

Prevention is the best medicine...and we are a nucleus of light beings who truly want the same things. We wish for Love, to be healthy and to live in a world which encourages beautiful and mystical expressions of the Heart not only for ourselves, but to share with others.

Even if all you do is just sign the petitions and pass them on...that alone will assist in saving our lives. Please don't discount the efforts you put in. Everything you do makes such a difference. When we are passionate about all we do from the Heart, Grace is always behind us giving us the strength to go a little bit further...challenging us to move out of the holographic perception of living "In the Box", pushing the limits to accelerate our souls. Every action you take with Love...fear will be diminished. This means the government, the AMA, the IRS and all other hideous institutions will no longer have power over us, the collective in any sense, or of destroying Mother Earth. They fear this most...and for good reason.

No Workshop this Month...

Due to my involvement with the newest project in Auracle's, I won't have a Workshop this month. Many of you have asked me when the next one will be, but I'm not sure yet. The project I'm working on has the ability to reach millions, which will lighten the Hearts of many. Miso Soup - by Kristi Mulford

Who knew that a humble cup of miso soup with seaweed could protect you from the effects of radiation and environmental pollution? Dr. Watanabe, professor of cancer and radiation research at Hiroshima University's atomic bomb research center for one. Dr. Watanabe reports that when miso soup with seaweed is eaten regularly, the body becomes more resistant to the aftermath of radiation. According to Brigitte Mars, a leading herbalist, naturalist, and raw food enthusiast, "Following the bombing of Nagasake, a group of surviving macrobiotic doctors and their patients avoided radiation sickness by eating brown rice, miso and seaweed." This is wonderful news for those of us who are willing to take an active role in our personal health and that of our families at this time, and preparing a healing cup of detoxifying and fortifying miso soup could not be easier:

Add one teaspoon of miso to a cup of hot water (not boiling). Stir well. Add soaked seaweed of your choice; nori, kelp, or wakame. Add vegetables, noodles or sesame oil for extra flavor and variety, or sip it simply as a tea.

Seaweed is packed with minerals, and has long been known as an efficient adsorbent of many metal ions. Just as seaweeds purify the waters of the ocean, they purify our blood. Because of seaweed's unique botanical structure, it is equipped to absorb and store large amounts of minerals from it's ocean environment, and is able to pass along the 92 minerals needed by the body for optimal functioning. Seaweed is the highest food source of iodine. Iodine is required by the body for synthesis of thyroid hormones, it protects against radiation in the atmosphere, regulates blood pressure, plays a key role in metabolizing food to energy, remove toxins from the body,assists in utilizing calcium and silicon, treats depression, and prevents and treats fibrocystic cysts in women. Seaweeds also contain polysaccharides that rejuvenate skin cells, build immune system, provide long lasting energy, help to remove heavy metals, detoxify the body, and increase cellular activity and mental function.

Researchers have found that consuming one bowl of miso soup per day will help the body maintain nutritional balance. Miso provides protein, Vitamins B12, B2, E, and K along with beneficial bacteria, enzymes, antioxidants and dietary fiber. It is strongly alkalizing, and though high in sodium, safe even for those with hypertension. Miso can be used in place of salt for cooking, dressings, and soups. Miso is a relaxant to the digestive system, and contains Tryptophan, so is a good choice for a calming evening meal. Miso is the highest food source of the most biologically active form of Vitamin K; K2, which is the most beneficial for bone health. Vitamin K increases the flow of urine, relieves menstrual pain, cramping, and excessive blood loss. It enhances the functioning of the liver, supports the formation of strong bones, maintains the health of the cardiac muscle, capillaries and blood vessels supporting circulation of peripheral bodily tissues by inhibiting arterial calcification. Miraculous Miso contains alkaloids that attract and expels heavy metalsfrom the body. Miso will neutralize the effects of smoking and other environmental pollutants.

Miso is generally made from fermented soybeans combined with different grains, including barley and/or rice. If you wish to avoid soy, you can use miso made from chickpeas.

In Japan, the creation of miso is akin to making a fine wine. The healing qualities are much respected, and the process is approached as a form of art. The flavors and colors range from mild and light to rich and deep. Get creative in your selection of miso, and you'll find the subtle flavor pairings for your favorite recipes.

Miso is a living ferment that contains beneficial bacteria. To keep the healing integrity intact, never boil your miso. Instead, mix the miso paste in at the very end after the liquid has cooled enough to be comfortable to the touch.

Convinced? I am. I'm drinking a warm cup of miso with kelp as I write this!

As we merge with these new rays of Magenta/Violet light, it brings us through its portal, marking the beginning of our journey back into the Rainbow. Auracle's Colour Therapy Creates its Own Social Networking Community

It is also intended as a meeting place for "virtual workshops" where we can have events that all can attend no matter where you are located. (in the future, you tube or webinars)

Also, to transition Auracle's and the workshops into their new format.
